Shanse Kizungu - Founder
Ms. Kizungu, a Congolese graduate student at the University of San Francisco, is pursuing a career in psychology. Her experience began in a psychiatric hospital, where she worked with patients facing mental health challenges. Currently, she is part of the Immigration and Refugees Program in Santa Clara County, helping immigrants and refugees navigate resettlement and integration.

Francine Mukwayanzo - Director of La Joie Du Coeur
Francine brings over 20 years of hospital experience, specializing in emergency care. Her work has inspired her to support young women and children facing abuse, pregnancy, malnutrition, and illness. In addition to medical care, Francine provides clothing, school supplies, and vocational training in trades like sewing and carpentry, while offering financial aid to orphans and the impoverished to help create a better future.


Lydia Ki - Social Media and Marketing Manager
Lydia a Public Health student at San Jose State University and an advocate for global wellness, particularly in Congo. As a Congolese student living in San Jose, she is deeply committed to community service and has experience managing social media and marketing. She also serves on the board for Black Campus Ministry, where she is the Social Media Coordinator and Director of Hospitality.
